Our stores are open for essential postal and shipping services
On 23rd March 2020 the government stated that while ‘non-essential businesses and premises must remain closed’, the exceptions to this include post offices. Mail Boxes Etc. stores in the UK provide a range of postal and PO Box-equivalent services and, as such, many of our stores will remain open to maintain essential postal and shipping services.
We know how important it is for our mailbox customers to be able to receive their mail and parcels, and we know that many of our customers rely on us for postal and pack and ship services.
We can also support your print and copy needs, if you email us your artwork and requirements, we will print your files and post or courier back to you.
Many of our stores will remain open for customers requiring essential postal and shipping services. However, some of our stores may be closed or operating on different opening hours than usual. Our opening hours may differ from those displayed on the door or online during this period. If in doubt, please telephone or email the store prior to visiting us.
We will continue to observe the strictest hygiene measures for the safety and comfort of our customers and staff. All areas frequently used and touched by members of the public are disinfected regularly.
We ask that our customers observe the social distancing rules announced by the government, by keeping at least 2m apart from staff members and other customers when in-store (this includes while being served or waiting behind a customer at the sales counter).
If you feel unwell, have been in contact with an infected person, or have returned from an affected place in the UK, or abroad, please do not enter our stores but seek medical attention as advised by the Government or NHS Direct.
